Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use statoxservice.com: to read about our services, request a quote, and book a visit.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make websites easier to use for people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or screen magnification. This is our goal. It is not a claim that every page meets the guidelines today.

What we do

  • Our form fields have visible labels, and error messages explain what to fix.
  • Images that carry information have text descriptions. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Our forms have no time limits.
  • You can always reach us without the website form, by email at support@statoxservice.com.

Known limits

We are working on these:

  • We have not yet completed a full independent review against WCAG 2.2 AA.
  • Our quote form works best with JavaScript. With JavaScript off, the form still sends, but some options, such as a call back, may not arrive, and the confirmation is a plain page. If the form does not work for you, email us at support@statoxservice.com.
  • If we add card payments, they will open a page run by Stripe. Stripe manages the accessibility of that page.
  • Some decorative images have short descriptions only.

Report a barrier

If something on our site is hard to use, please tell us. We want to fix it.

  • Use the form on our site. Choose "Something else" as the service. Start your description with "Accessibility" and tell us the page, what you tried to do, and the device or assistive technology you use.
  • Text us at our business text line.
  • Email us at support@statoxservice.com.
  • Ask for a call. Say so in your form or text, and we will call you.

We aim to reply within 2 business days. While we fix the problem, we will help you get what you need another way, for example by taking your request by text or phone call.
