Often yes. Send a close-up of the tile and the grout around it. We say what we can match first.
03Do you regrout whole floors or showers?
Yes, for small areas. Send a wide photo and the square footage if you know it. We price it from the photo.
04Do you handle backsplash patches?
Yes. Send a photo of the wall, the outlets and the counter edge. We tell you if the patch will show.
05How fast can you come?
We book two-hour windows, Monday to Saturday. We text 30 minutes before we arrive.
06Do you do bigger tile jobs or work that needs a permit?
Work that needs a permit, or a full remodel, goes to a vetted partner contractor. With your OK, they send their own written estimate and contract.
07How do payment and materials work?
There is no deposit to book. You pay after the job, by Zelle or cash. Materials are at receipt cost, listed separately. Receipts go in the thread.
