01Can you replace just the foggy or cracked glass?
Often, yes. Fog between the panes means the seal of the glass unit has failed. If the frame is sound, we replace the glass or the sealed unit, not the whole window. Send a wide shot and a close-up, and you get one flat price in writing.
02Do you replace whole windows?
Not as a handyman job. With your OK, a vetted partner contractor looks at it and sends their own written estimate and agreement. You know who is coming before anyone comes.
03My sliding door is hard to open. Can you fix it?
Usually it is worn rollers or a dirty or bent track. We clean the track, adjust or replace the rollers and reset the latch. Send a photo of the door and the bottom track.
04What about shower glass?
We repair and replace shower glass in tempered glass only. Send a photo with the door open and closed, and rough sizes.
05How much does window or glass repair cost?
We don’t publish prices. Send a photo and the rough size, and we reply with one flat price in writing, usually within 15 minutes during the day. Materials are billed at receipt cost.
06Do you work on older homes?
Yes. Homes built before 1978 can have lead paint, so we tell you before any sanding or scraping.
