Your photo gets one flat price in writing before anyone shows up. If the job turns out bigger, we stop and text you first.
Careful in your home
Shoe covers on, clean-up included. A two-hour arrival window and a text 30 minutes out.
Materials at receipt cost
Listed separately, receipts in the thread. You pay what the store charged.
Earthquake-ready
Earthquake straps standard on every mount and assembly.

01What happens on a partner job?
We tell you first. We pass the job on only after you agree. The partner quotes in writing under their own contract. We stay in the same thread.
02Who reads my photos and texts?
A person on our team. We write and send every text by hand. The only automatic texts are replies to STOP, START or HELP.
03What about permit work?
Permit work goes to a partner contractor, with your OK. We never split a project into smaller jobs to avoid a permit.
04Do you do the work yourselves?
Most jobs, yes, with our own crew. Bigger or specialty work goes to a vetted partner contractor. With your OK, they send their own written estimate and contract. You always know who is coming.
05Can I talk to a person?
Yes. Turn on “Prefer a call? We’ll call you back” in the form. We call during the day, Mon–Sat 8 am – 7 pm PT. Evening requests get a call in the morning.
06How do payment and materials work?
There is no deposit to book. You pay after the job, by Zelle or cash. Materials are at receipt cost, listed separately. Receipts go in the thread.
